This tasty dish will only
take you five minutes to prepare and will yield two cups.
Ingredients:
1/4 kg cucumber (about 1/2
large cucumber or 2 small)
2 spring onions
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup cheese spread
3 tablespoons white vinegar
Sugar to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt or to
taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper, or
to taste
Method:
1) Peel the cucumber.
2) Cut the cucumber into
large pieces.
3) Chop the spring onions.
4) In a blender or food processor
blend the cucumber, green onions, yogurt, cheese spread, vinegar, honey,
and pepper until they are all crushed.
This dressing will last for
four days. It can even be used as a yummy dip with potato chips.
