For example; If in the last month you menstruated on the 23rd, your LMP will be 23rd irrespective of the length of your cycle.

How to calculate the number of days in a menstrual cycle or length of the menstrual cycle?

For example; if the first day of your last period is 23rd December and the first day of your next period is 26th January, you need to calculate the number of days between these dates. The number of the days between these dates is the length of your menstrual cycle.
