POTATO SOUP INGREDIENTS: 2 potatoes
METHOD: Boil, peel and mash potatoes. Mix it into 3 cups of water and strain. Add salt and keep aside. Take a little ghee in a pan and sauté
chopped onions. Add pepper powder and maida and sauté until the
maida turns brown. Then add it to the mashed potatoes and mix well. Put
it to boil and then simmer on a low flame for 3 minutes. Add hot boiled
milk and serve.
