CORIANDER CHUTNEY INGREDIENTS: A bunch of coriander leaves
METHOD: Grind the coconut with green chillies and tamarind pulp. Add coriander leaves, garlic and cumin seeds and grind once again. Put salt to taste. For the seasoning, splutter mustard
seeds along with the 2 dals and curry leaves in hot oil and pour over the
chutney.
