COCONUT
CHUTNEY
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup grated coconut
2 red chillies
¼ tsp. mustard seeds
1 tbsp. black gram dal (udad)
a pinch of asafoetida (hing)
a little tamarind (soaked in water)
1 tsp. oil
salt to taste
METHOD:
Splutter mustard seeds in hot oil
along with the udad dal. Then put in the red chillies and hing. Grind this
with the coconut and a little salt and water. Your chutney is ready.
