DRUMSTICK CURRY INGREDIENTS: 2 cups drumstick leaves
METHOD: First cut the drumstick leaves. Then put it in a pressure cooker along with the tuvar dal and a cup of water. Steam for 15 minutes. Grind the coconut, green chillies, turmeric and cumin seeds into a fine powder. In another vessel boil the dal and add salt as well as the masala. For the seasoning, take hot oil in
a ladle and splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves and bits of the red chillies
in it and pour over the curry. Serve hot.
