DOSAI
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup rice (raw)
½ cup grated coconut
salt to taste
oil for roasting
METHOD:
Wash and soak the rice for 2-3 hours.
Then grind it along with the coconut to a fine paste. Add salt and plenty
of water to make a thin batter. Grease the pan and heat it. Spread the
batter thinly by tilting the pan gently. Roast on one side only. Serve
with chutney, a stew or a seafood dish.
