MANGO
RASAYAM
INGREDIENTS:
2 juicy mangoes
1 cup milk
½ cup sugar
2 cardamoms (powdered)
METHOD:
Peel and mash the mangoes. Keep the
milk to boil and then leave it to cool. Then add the milk to the mango
pulp along with the sugar and powdered cardamom. This delicious rasayan
is ready.
