GREEN
COCONUT CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS:
Green chillies: 5
Coconut (fresh / grated): one and
a half-cup
Curry leaves: one big sprig
Tamarind paste: one teaspoon
Asafoetida: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: to taste
METHOD:
Grind the above together. To season:
sputter one teaspoon of mustard seeds and add to the chutney
