ORANGE
COCONUT CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS:
Red chillies (dry): 5 (big ones)
Coconut fresh/grated: one and a
half-cup
Asafoetida: 1/2 teaspoon
Tamarind paste: 1 teaspoon
Onion (optional): one big onion
Salt: to taste
METHOD:
Grind the above together. Season
with mustard seeds.
