Mrs. Sanghi is a qualified audiologist and a speech language pathologist and has been working in her area of specialty for more than 30 years. She is one of the senior faculty members at the Audiology and Speech Therapy Department of B.Y.L. Nair Hospital, Mumbai. This being one of the major public hospitals in the city, she has had a wide and varied experience in the assessment and management of speech, language and hearing disorders. This clinical experience coupled with her academic experience in teaching programmes for audiology and speech pathology for over 20 years gives her a distinct advantage over other professionals. She qualified in Audiology and completed her M.A. in Linguistics from Mumbai University. She has taken many short courses in the areas of speech and hearing from the University of Cincinnati, USA. She has presented and published a number of scientific papers at Indian conferences and has also trained students in this area for over 20 years.
